Poster Presentations

Delegates with posters can find the correct position for their poster by locating the appropriate abstract number on the display panels. The Plenary posters are displayed within the Exhibition (Hall 4) and general posters are also displayed within the Hall 4, both located on the Boulevard Level. Use the program reference (or ANZBMS smart phone APP) to identify your abstract number and poster position. Presenters should stand next to their poster during allocated poster sessions. Plenary posters (located in Hall 4) can be mounted on Saturday afternoon and must be removed by morning tea on Wednesday. General posters (located in Hall 4) can be mounted on Sunday evening and must be removed by the morning tea on Wednesday 30th October.

 

POSTER SESSIONS

There are three official poster sessions at this year’s meeting:
Plenary Poster session – 5:55 PM – 7:15 PM, Saturday 17 June, Exhibition (Hall 4)
Poster session 1 – even numbers – Monday 28th October at 3:00pm – 4:00pm (during afternoon tea)
Poster session 2 – odd numbers – Tuesday 29th October at 10:00am – 11:00am (during morning tea)
