A/Prof Weeks is an Academic and Physiotherapist at Griffith University's Gold Coast campus. His research interests lie in three interrelated areas: (1) elucidating novel and practical methods to prevent musculoskeletal disease; (2) improving methods of physical activity assessment; and (3) investigating clinical assessment and measurement tools. In particular, A/Prof Weeks is focused on the influence of physical activity for improving musculoskeletal health and preventing fractures. Recent work has focused on discerning the optimal mode of physical activity for enhancing bone strength.
